Robert had a smile on his face the entire time and worked out a wonderful, cost effective deal for me with the help of Tyrrell Dabrowski, Thank you! My kids and I absolutely love our van and all of its bells and whistles and would highly recommend visiting Robert if you are interested in a new vehicle. More
Earning back my trust and respect I have given up on Honda of Watertown. This was my second visit to Hoffman for service on a vehicle I did not purchase from them. My first visit was s I have given up on Honda of Watertown. This was my second visit to Hoffman for service on a vehicle I did not purchase from them. My first visit was several years ago, and I am still angry that my in cabin air filter was brought to me with crushed leaves and pine needles on it, with a recommendation of replacement. Needless to say, I do not have great faith or trust in dealerships, especially for service. I expressed my concerns to Dan Covalli over the phone when I cancelled my first appointment because I was dreading being told that my engine and VTM-4 lights were lit because of some expensive reason. Dan reassured me that he wanted to earn back my trust, and I rescheduled my appointment for two days later. I was greeted by a very efficient Mark, who got me signed in and took me to Dan. Dan and I spoke about the truck, and I waited while it was worked on. It needed a part, so I scheduled another appointment for the next week. Dan also quoted me a good price (especially from a dealer!!) on a roof rack for my truck that was the last piece to complete my dream vehicle. My truck was washed for me when i got to it. That was very much appreciated, The next week I drove back and was greeted again by Mark, who is a fellow veteran, as well as Dan. I asked Dan if the roof rack could be installed that day too, as well as the part. There was one in stock, but the appointment was going to be longer, so my daughter and I took the shuttle home. Warren, the driver, was an exceptionally nice young man. We had a great talk on the way to my home. Due to several complications, my husband could not take me back to Hoffman, so Warren came back to pick me up. My truck was cleaned again, the part was in, and my new roof rack was installed! Who knew a roof rack could make a girl so happy?!! I am not stupid, but I do not know a lot about cars. I need and want a mechanic and/or service department that treats me like they would treat their mother, or sister, or aunt, etc. I must say that on this visit, I felt like I was treated like family. The bar has been raised! More

Good but slow I set up an appointment on Monday afternoon for 1st thing Wed. Dropped the car off at 4:45 Tues. Got a call at 3:30 Wed with questions. Great salesman, long wait Robert Oleskewicz was an excellent salesman. He was very descriptive about our choices and informative about the vehicle we chose. I believe he was trying to give us the best deal he could and we walked away happy. I was not happy with how long the manager took to get back to us. I know you have to "do the dance" when buying a car but it was exhausting!! Almost three hours, when we had our car picked out in the first five minutes and we did not finance it. In the end, we were both happy. I wish there was not so much heel dragging. More
