Quick oil change Went in for a quick oil change and have gotten to know most of the service guys (and girls) by name- always friendly and courteous. Had to wait a bit longer than usual - they were more busy, but still less than 45 minutes. I had a coupon which made it more than reasonable. And the car wash is nice, too!! More

However, I have a 10 yr relationship with H honda service. Rocky was a guy I trusted that gave me "red carpet" service and I feared him leaving, but he passed his torch and I have new friends I know I can trust. Starting with Mark in the drive-in, I'm always off to a good start. He is patient while I unload my bicycle, as he is a very busy man! Juan Carlos has worked wonderfully with me, as I come armed with coupons and parts lists from majestic Honda in R I.. As the maintenance techs discover failing parts, Juan has a knowledgeable explanation and reasoning for the repair. It's hundreds of dollars, sometimes that I don't have, but I trust him. His complimentary oil change went a long way recently after a costly repair. I've also dealt with Anthony and Dan, both very understanding, and very hospitable, two more guys I'm glad to know, and trust. The next 4 years it's gonna be "up close and personal" with this excellent service dept. as the window of these two vehicles align with tuition for 2 We have in college. Thank you Hoffman! Cars are my necessary evil, and as our country wallows in social decline, it sure is comforting knowing I can trust those who maintain my vehicle safely without unnecessary expense. More

We discussed our family needs of DVD play, storage and room for 7 people with comfort for travel. After driving the Odessey Van we then were stuck between the Toyota Sienna and the Honda. Once, coming to a very reasonable price and with 1.9% financing at 60months we chose the Odessey. Simon is really a true joy of a salesperson to deal with. Not only does he listen to the customers needs he is very patient sales representative. More
