As always, great service. When our Civic Hybrid's IMA battery started to give out, I took it in to Hoffman for service, although the car was bought years ago in another state. They saw me quickly, assessed whether I needed a new battery and whether mine qualified for the extended warranty that would make it free for me to replace. They got me back in as soon as they had the new battery, and they arranged a shuttle ride for me to/from home. Everyone was friendly and professional, from Anthony to the drivers running the shuttle.
