Dealerless in CT I have always avoided going to dealers for service assuming that they would overcharge me and "find" things to fix that don't need fixing. Being a wo I have always avoided going to dealers for service assuming that they would overcharge me and "find" things to fix that don't need fixing. Being a women who knows little about cars, I am especially uncomfortable having to deal with automotive issues. I found this dealership and was thrilled to work with Janetta who was courteous, professional and unbelievable helpful in having my car repaired. She found warranty's that I wasn't even aware of to help with the cost and I left spending far less than I was expecting to have my car serviced. I am still having an intermittent issue with my a/c that the mechanics have not pin pointed yet but I am confident that if I can get to the dealership while the issue is happening, they will be accommodating and helpful. I have been to several service centers for this issue before and nobody has been able to figure the issue out so it will remain a mystery for now. More
