Also verbally reinforced on delivery. No battery replacement done. No call was made to customer during service by the service technician. Customer only received a text that the car was ready. Up on arrival at the dealership, customer inquired about the service rendered. Service technician had no idea that a battery replacement should have been undertaken. No consideration was given for the inconvenience of having to wait while Battery Replacement was undertaken. Also, battery is only two years old and was previously installed by the dealership. This battery should have been at no cost to the customer. Be that as it may - it is still unforgivable that a car that needed a battery boost from a towing service - that the service department was made aware of - to start it up did not have the battery examined and replaced as requested. Jennifer was extremely helpful, in getting our recalled fuel pump tested. She managed to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and notified us immediately after the work was done. Purchased the vehicle at this dealership and it went well. Service on the other hand was the worst I have ever experienced. The main reason for this is the lack of trust, they lied right to my face. I brought the vehicle in for rountine maintenance and was flat out lied to that my tires were rotated which was part of why I brought the vehicle that day. After getting the car back I noticed that the tires were not rotated. How I know this is that three days prior I got a flat tire in my right rear tire and had to purchase a new tire. When I walked around the vehicle after service, the new tire was in the exact same position after being told they were rotated. Unfortunately I will never purchase or get my vehicles serviced there again. What else are they lying to me about, I have lost all trust. If you use them be very Leary. More
