I really just came in for a check up service and but he proceeded to tell me to get the 60,000 mile service because he told me I was past due which I didn't realize! I told him I wasn't prepared and I didn't have my service coupons but he gave the discounts to me anyway! I was impressed with him genuine concern to help me and take care of me! I like his upbeat attitude and enthusiasm! He gave me a loaner car and i I was able to pick up my car the next day early! More

When I noticed that one of the front tires on the used car I was purchasing was worn and needed to be replaced, Hinshaw's replaced BOTH front tires with brand new matching tires, free-of-charge.
