Hassle free experience I had a good experience at this dealership. The last time I bought a car was at Scarff Ford in Auburn which was a nightmare. The Warranty guys seem to be squirming out of alot of stuff so far, first time I took the car into the Toyota dealership I still wasnt even in the system yet, almost three weeks later. Still early so im hoping I get some minor things taken care of by the Warranty guys.. More

But I really did not expect that I would be sitting there for SIX HOURS even after I had already accepted the offer made by the salesman. I said "great, I like this price, I'll buy the car right now and drive it out of the lot today." But he kept "checking with his manager" and coming back with reasons why I should pay more, like the accessories. Then he'd come back again to say that particular vehicle didn't have any accessories so he wouldn't charge me for those, but then he'd increase the price elsewhere. At the end of the day, he had added $2,000 more to the price I had already agreed to pay! I finally walked away but he wasn't done humiliating me: he said he'd get his manager to come talk to me, and instead he brought some guy who had no idea what was going on. They make this huge deal about how "honest" they are at Hinshaw, but this one definitely cannot be trusted. Don't waste your time. More

We were a bit amazed at the peaceful, no hassle environment and with Mike's caring and friendly attendance. Yes, we will suggest that our friends and family should "go see OB". Thanks, Mike, we really do appreciate your willingness to show and tell us about all of the new features, etc. Also, you left the door open "anytime" we have further questions. Awesome ! More

Bob has always treated me professionally with courtesy and good natured humor. Both of my CRV's have never had to had corrective maint thanks to the preventative maint. that's performed. Would recommend not only the Service Dept. at Hinshaw's, but the Dealership as well. Completely satisfied. More

I really just came in for a check up service and but he proceeded to tell me to get the 60,000 mile service because he told me I was past due which I didn't realize! I told him I wasn't prepared and I didn't have my service coupons but he gave the discounts to me anyway! I was impressed with him genuine concern to help me and take care of me! I like his upbeat attitude and enthusiasm! He gave me a loaner car and i I was able to pick up my car the next day early! More
