My family and I stopped in to Hinshaws Honda on a Saturday (06/25/16) entertaining the idea of trading in our vehicle and acquiring a CPO Honda Pilot. I communicated my wants and needs to Tomari Bates and he was very keen on making sure both parties were satisfied. We negotiated the price of the Pilot first and then my trade. I felt I got an excellent deal on both and more importantly the process was respectable and fair. I never felt pressured in anyway which was key for me. That's the determining factor on whether or not I would refer my family or friends to Hinshaws. Fortunately for both Tomari and I he passed the test. I'll be sure to let everyone know to see him for a more than fair deal and non-pressured environment. More
