Best customer service in the business!!! I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Hinshaw’s Honda of Auburn. Shortly after the check engine light came on my car. I didn’t purchase a warranty (this I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Hinshaw’s Honda of Auburn. Shortly after the check engine light came on my car. I didn’t purchase a warranty (this is my 2nd car from them and the first one had absolutely no problems, had for 3 years, so didn’t feel it was necessary) it ended up being something that they were not liable for but fixed anyways, no questions asked! Got it back the next day after dropping it off! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! Tomari thank you for Going the extra mile a d making sure I was satisfied! I will be back to purchase another car in the future! More

Because of their helps, I was able to choose a car that I love. Kimberly was very cool and did her best to help me. She was very calm which made me feel very comfortable and confidence. I really like my car, and I'll be back to this place again. More

Found out I was lied to (AVOID TAMARI) I had gotten 2 leased vehicles from Hinshaws Honda. The customer service that I personally had received from them was phenomenal, so I thought. I I had gotten 2 leased vehicles from Hinshaws Honda. The customer service that I personally had received from them was phenomenal, so I thought. I struggled to get into my second lease from the first, but when I was finally able to I was so thrilled. The Civic Hatchback model had just come out a few months before, and they had the car that I wanted on the lot. When I got into the second lease, I got into a sedan Civic, which I was happy with, but I was told by the sales rep that I was working with, Charles ," Oh, we are not leasing hatchbacks yet, since they are so new we can only finance.". I thought it was weird but thought nothing of it and decided that I would get one later. Only now, a year later by chance with a family member having gone to a different dealership, was told that was absolutely not the case. I would be in the car that I am now with Hinshaws had I not been told "We cant do that right now". I have personally referred 3 people to this dealership. My husband purchased a used vehicle from a salesman, Tamari (AVOID HIM). My husband was told he only qualified for one vehicle, nothing else. He wanted a base model, manual everything dodge dart, but was told his only option was a Ford Expedition, Eddie Bower, Fully loaded everything, that they had JUST gotten onto the lot, not even cleaned out yet. In need of a vehicle, he said yes. Found out after reading the agreement (That he unfortunately didn't read himself) that they had somehow tacked on over $2000 in "Fees", and conveniently, Tamari was "Unable to answer to that". The second person I referred, was harassed by Tamari, as well as the friend she brought with her. She went in with a very strict budget that she had to stick to. Tamari then started commenting on how "good of a friend" hers was, because "Good friends help other friends get into new cars" and "Good friends want their friends to be in nice cars, and help pay down payments and monthly car payments". She then got another vehicle from a different dealership that weekend, and Tamari called on Sunday to say hey, we still have the car you want. She told him, as politely as possible "Thanks for calling but I actually received a better deal at a different dealership, so I no longer need the vehicle there". He hung up. I have personally been told no, when other dealerships have said yes. There were small things and fees and such that Hinshaws could not explain. What I thought was great customer service, was great lies and deception. More

Service Department I normally don’t write reviews for anybody but I’ve been very please with everyone in the service department. I’ve taken my Honda here for two years n I normally don’t write reviews for anybody but I’ve been very please with everyone in the service department. I’ve taken my Honda here for two years now to get my oil change done and man do they do a great job. Always welcoming as I walk through the doors. Today Mike was the one who helped me with my oil change. He got me out of there in less than an hour!! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend everyone to get your services done here! More

My CRV was repaired, promptly, for a software issue. My service advisor, Mike, has been great every time I've been here. Cars were washed and vacuumed every time, except todays snow day, understandable. I highly recommend Hinshaws Honda for all your service and sales needs. More
