I wanted straight forward answers, a bottom line price and a great deal which is exactly what I got. Hines Park Ford and my salesman Mike Tesauro worked great with me on my trade-in, financing options and got me every penny I could in rebates on the new 2012 Escape Limited that I purchased. They were also very informative when it came to warranty options and helped me choose what was right for me instead of pressuring me into something I didnt need. I am extremely happy with the service I received at Hines Park Ford and they will be getting all the referrals from this point forward to include friends and family who purchase new vehicles every few years.
