I ordered a New 2013 Explorer from Allen. I had decided to return to Allen because of a great 1st experience. So the return visit was an easy decision. Our decision to purchase a new car had been pretty much made prior to visiting the Hines Park Ford showroom. We were greeted by our salesperson, Allen Oxley, and were shown all of the whistles & bells on made prior to visiting the Hines Park Ford showroom. We already had a 2009 Escape (great vehicle) but were interested in replacing it for something a little larger. After comparing & test driving both vehicles, we decided on the Edge. We immediately sat down with Allen and wrote up the order. He was great to deal with. Very friendly, great sense of humor and most of all, he answered all of our questions and quickly returned our phone calls/emails. Dealing with Hines Park Ford was a very favorable experience. Al hooked me up with a great used Taurus, and I think I got a steal of a deal on it from others that I had looked at.
