Recommend this Dealership In 40 years of buying cars, I have never dealt with such poor customer service and lack of integrity. My "certified Ford pre-owned" vehicle was unwas In 40 years of buying cars, I have never dealt with such poor customer service and lack of integrity. My "certified Ford pre-owned" vehicle was unwashed or detailed when I saw it but was assured it would be when I picked it up. 4 days later, it was driven up after signing the papers (never do that by the way) where I discovered two places where a scratch and ding had gone all the way through the paint. According to the Ford rep I talked to, that should not have passed their 172 pt. inspection and should have been fixed. The dealership refused to fix it; said I could use touch up paint if I wanted to. Used car sales Manager said he would take it to the body shop and deliver. It was delivered with touch up paint and a message that it was too expensive for them to fix it properly. Looks like mismatched nail polish dabbed on. Ford opens a "file" but doesn't stand behind that "172" point inspection by the way - tells you to deal with the dealership who just told you to take a hike. Helpful. This is my 7th Ford but first and last with this dealership. SIDENOTE - subsequent to this posting the dealership manager contacted me and offered what I felt was a sincere apology for my experience with the sales staff. He met with me and picked up the bill for having the paint scratches fixed. While the detailer was doing this he also noticed a bulge in the sidewall of a tire which could have resulted in a blow-out I took it to the service department at Hines Park where they quickly replaced it with a new one without charge. I would now advise that this dealership will stand behind its vehicles and takes care of its customers. If something doesn't seem right to you, ask for the manager. He is on top of his game! More

We couldn't be any happier with our salesman Allen Oxley. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions. Many times when you visit a car dealership you either have that salesman that follows you around from car to car never leaving your side, or just the opposite you feel invisible and no one offers to help. Allen listened to what we were interested in, showed us many different options (large on site inventory), then he left us alone to look at all the options. If we had a question or wanted to take a test drive he was always available. This was the first car buying experience, at a dealership, for or 22 year old daughter. Allen walked her through the hole experience and made sure she got a dependable and affordable vehicle. We love Hines Park Ford and our Sales associate Allen Oxley. More

Wonderful Customer Service. I drove to Hines Park Ford from over an hour away to look at a used car they had. After I decided that it wasn't the car for me, my salesmen Gordon Hyde, found me an even bette from over an hour away to look at a used car they had. Allen had sold a car to my son so I thought he would be a good person to start the process with. Allen greeted us warmly and got us into a test vehicle to drive quickly. When we made our choice of cars, he took the time to work through the numbers with us, made sure that he had gotten us all of the rebates we were entitled to, and gave us private time to decide which way we wanted to go.
