We take customer satisfaction seriously. Reading a review such as this is disappointing. It is a matter that should be looked into and addressed accordingly. We would like to have the opportunity to do so. If a member of our staff is treating customers in a disrespectful manner it needs immediate attention. Without knowing who the employee was that your wife had dealt with we cannot address it. Additionally, recall notices should be handled so if a staff member is giving miss information we need to address it.
