Used Car Purchase from Allen Oxley Allen Oxley once again did right by me and got me into a used 2002 Taurus. This car is now my rainy day/winter car. When I bought a new RS1 Mustang at Allen Oxley once again did right by me and got me into a used 2002 Taurus. This car is now my rainy day/winter car. When I bought a new RS1 Mustang at the end of July Allen started watching for a great deal on a solid car for me to drive as a secondary. Friendly people but overall questionable experience I was looking to purchase a fairly cheap used car from Hines Park Ford so I went to have the car in question inspected by an independent mechanic. Th I was looking to purchase a fairly cheap used car from Hines Park Ford so I went to have the car in question inspected by an independent mechanic. The mechanic found the brakes needing to be replaced and estimated the cost at $500 (new pads and rotors). I took this information to Hines Park Ford to negotiate a price accordingly and was met with criticism. Bringing the integrity of the mechanic I had chosen (A very well respected one in my community) into question. After I explained that I had to go with my guy's word over theirs, they reconsidered and dropped the price, but decided to pass on the car due to the way in which this issue was addressed by them. I understand we were only arguing over a couple hundred dollars on a $10,000 car, but I truly felt it was done unprofessionally. More

Derrick made my buying experience as ple I decided it was time for a new truck. I called up Hines Park Ford and was put in touch with Derrick Young. Derrick made my buying experience as pleasant as possible. He ran many different models to get to the price point I wanted. Derrick was able to do the majority of the leg work for me over the computer and had all the paperwork ready when i walked into to walk out with my new truck.
