Tires are toast Bought new tires recommended by sales department. Shawn looked at the dealerships in the surrounding states to see what was available. He was able to find the car I wanted at another dealership, facilitate a trade, and deliver the car to me within a week. He even dropped the car off at my house and took my old one with him. It took some time to find what was right for us, Ford and Hines Park had a great deal for us. they made the experience of buying a car very easy and stress free. the Salesman, Allan Oxley, did a great job of working with us and helping us find what was right. While at the same time being patient and not pressuring us at all. And when the time became right he was ready to help us with every question we had and every thing we didn't understand. He even offered me a breakfast sandwich one time. I had just ate, so I had to decline. but it was a very nice gesture. I will definitely go back in the future next time I need another vehicle. More
