Exceptional Service Hines Park Ford surpassed and exceeded all of my expectations around the car buying process. I have been in sales for 15 years, so I naturally have a Hines Park Ford surpassed and exceeded all of my expectations around the car buying process. I have been in sales for 15 years, so I naturally have a grade other salespeople on a tough criteria. With that being said, I was working on a shortened time frame and was growing increasingly frustrated in working with other salespersons from other dealerships. I felt that I was more of an interruption to other dealerships day than a potential customer. I decided to find another dealership which is when I found Hines Park Ford. The dealership is about a 45 minute drive without traffic from my house. However, in working with Derrick Kyser, I would highly recommend not only Derrick but the overall business itself. The receptionist was friendly and upbeat. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable, timely, helpful and communicated with me in a way that fit my day (text, and email, with a few phone calls in between). But even better was the fact that I genuinely felt like he wanted my business AND also wanted to make sure that I left the dealership with what I wanted at a price that I thought was fair which he accomplished to an exceptional degree. The same day I contacted Derrick, I was in hours later to actually purchase the car (which I didn't plan to do ideally untill Wednesday, but Derrick was so incredibly helpful that I decided I had to buy the same day). There were several obstacles on my end that Derrick handled perfectly, and overall made it easy to do business with him (they say in Sales the salesperson is often the biggest obstacle to a customer wanting to purchase something; Derrick was not an obstacle, but an accelerator!) In my work I very rarely have time to take calls and/or visit a dealership. So we conversed through emails and text messages which was awesome as he was extremely responsive, transparent with great communications. At the dealership there were several staff members including management who went out of their way to introduce themselves to my family and I, thanking us for coming in and giving them the opportunity to help us - which just further reinforced that I wasn't a dollar sign, or a sale, but someone who they wanted to see happy - they succeeded. Derrick was well organized, had everything ready when we arrived, and the staff was great. Dealership was clean, well lit, and thoughtfully laid out. They Hit This Out of the Park This past Friday October 27th, concluded a 4 week search . Not just for my new to me F150- but for a Dealership and a salesperson. I FOUND ALL 3 AT IN NEW HUDSON MICHIGAN @ HINES PARK FORD! My search started with Car Gurus and Carfax to locate a truck , 4 possible picks. Moving on to Deal Rater- comparing Dealerships. Hines Park Ford was the top choice.( driving from Dearborn 35 miles away, I passed 17 Dealerships in my travels) Using their rating info, I was able to pick my Sales person-ALLEN OXLEY. It was a tough decision their were many to pick from, Shawn Hardy and Derrick Young-to name a few. I went on a mission to search the dealership. Everything was neat and orderly. The receptionist was polite, the parts counter was helpful with my questions, the garage was busy and extremely clean. Onto the sales, I came prepared with my detailed list of questions. Allen answered them all. I took the F150 for a test drive and inspection. After we concluded the transaction, the porter installed 3MM edged guards. Fantastic dealership, great sales person, and a beautiful 2014 Ford F150 Platinum Crewcut 4x4. As I pulled away I noticed they filled the tank with 36 gallons of gas. Thanks Allen-you made my day! Allen Oxley at Hines Park is a great guy & salesperson! All I have to say is that if you are looking for a car salesperson that actually cares about you and your own personal situation - look no further. My parents had been going to see Allen Oxley for a number of years before they convinced me to switch over to Hines Park Ford (even though it's a bit of a drive). I honestly could not be happier with the two cars I've purchased/leased from him. I've had a few lousy experiences with sales people at other Ford dealerships in the area that clearly could care less about my needs and wants and were really only interested in their own personal gains. That is NOT the case with Allen. He's a true professional and a good person to boot! More
