Even made Autoway aware of the deal before purchase and Aurtoway's sales team tucked their tales and ran. About the only good thing left at Autoway Nissan is the Service department in my opinion. Hill Nissan definitely earned my business today and they will have it in the future as well. More

Giving Credit When Due I am a firm believer in givING Credit where credit is due. About a year ago I had an aweful experience with this service department so when the air st I am a firm believer in givING Credit where credit is due. About a year ago I had an aweful experience with this service department so when the air stopped working in my 2015 Rogue, I was less than excited to deal with them. When I called however I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to bring my vehicle in even though they were over capacity because it was too hot here to be without air. Once I dropped my vehicle off they put me into a rental vehicle with no questions asked and I was still able to make it on time to work! By 3pm I had a call confirmed they found the problem (a bad air compressor), confirmed covered under warranty, and could come get my vehicle! Check out was quick and smooth and everyone was much more friendlier this time around!! I'm not totally sold since I've had 1 bad and 1 good experience so I still wouldn't recommend them, but I will give them another chance come my next oil change need More
