Did not put in the effort needed to fix my issue and provided no suggested actions to reach a resolution. Only troubleshot my cars issue for 1 hour then said that’s all they can do and I’m out of luck b provided no suggested actions to reach a resolution. Made a reservation for 0930, upon arrival I was told it would be an an hour or two. I left the facility and had not heard anything at 1500. I had to call and request an update on if I would get my car back that day. When I went in to pickup my car Hunter was rude and essentially said they couldn’t figure it out in their 1 hour of looking at the car and there’s nothing they could do even though I told them exactly what the issue was and how to trigger the problem. I was told “I don’t have the time to have a technician working on your car all day” More
