Aaron was very rude when I showed up to pick up my vehicle before it was ready to go.I had already waited about 5 hours for the vehicle. He told a coworker to just give me my keys and waved me off as vehicle before it was ready to go.I had already waited about 5 hours for the vehicle. He told a coworker to just give me my keys and waved me off as if I was a bother. I also don’t think what was recommended for service was essential to get done. He sounded more like a salesman instead of someone concerned about the safety of the vehicle and trying to do what’s best for the customer. I feel like Aaron wasn’t very friendly, calm, or warm in our interactions. It was more of a cold, dry, and bothered demeanor. I’m considering going to a different Honda dealer for service from now on despite that I bought the vehicle here and I have never had a bad experience before. Usually everyone is super friendly and eager to help. More
