Pedro Sanchez helped me reserve the car I wanted and notified me when it arrived on the lot. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to purchase the vehicle in a short amount of time feeling like I had gotten a great deal. Thanks Pedro! More
I was told my dashboard problem was due to a low battery. I just had the battery replaced about a year ago. I said go ahead and change it n was charged $250. The following week, I have the same problem. Not I just had the battery replaced about a year ago. I said go ahead and change it n was charged $250. The following week, I have the same problem. Not happy with their quickie diagnosis that was wrong. Now I have to spend time away from my family so they can FIND the problem. More

I purchased my vehicle from Hill Country Honda in February and included in my purchase was the first two services. So at about 6 months into owning the vehicle I returned to the dealership for my fir February and included in my purchase was the first two services. So at about 6 months into owning the vehicle I returned to the dealership for my first service and I also wanted to have some recalls addressed. I used the online appointment scheduling which is apparently less than functional because I arrived at the dealership to be told I would have to return later in the week to do the recalls. No big deal I can get that taken care of at a later date and closer to home. So I let the dealership proceed to perform my complimentary service, after the service and inspection was performed I was then informed the cost of the inspection would be $75. I never asked for an inspection and I believe anything you are charging for should be discussed prior to it being performed. After I get my vehicle back I cannot get my phone to connect to my vehicle. Went back inside to speak with the service desk and the response was “All we did was change your oil “. My point exactly, if all you did was change my oil, why am I having an issue that didn’t previously exist. Turns out I just needed to restart the vehicle because the computer had updated while connected to the Honda network via dealership wi-fi. Not a huge deal but something that I would imagine is known to the employees and should be relayed to customers. As I live in the Austin area it definitely won’t be worth my time to return for second $75 complimentary service! More
