I took my truck in for warranty work, they go to take my wheels off and snap one of my lug nuts in half leaving me to deal with how to get the wheel off. Awful Company purchased a truck finance manager put a 535 maintenance package on the contract without my ok never found out until 30 days later called in to cancel an get my money back said not a problem an maintenance package on the contract without my ok never found out until 30 days later called in to cancel an get my money back said not a problem an still 8 months later finally receive a check for 380 less than what I was suppose to get saying I have to pay a cancellation fee of 125$ for something I never agree for family owned company but they won’t return any calls bad bad dealer would stay away from people like this . Would never do business with or want anyone else to have to pay for something they didn’t want so check all paperwork before leaving this bad business More

I would like to thank the service manager (don't know his name but he was a big man and I met him about 8:30 am 11/23/22). He was very polite and helpful. Most employees spoke to me as I passed by. This dealership is much nicer than Cloninger Ford in Salisbury. I am now thru with Cloninger Ford. Their people will not do anything for the customer and are actually rude. Especially the internet sales dept. and some service managers. James Simpson More
