Unorganized. I was offered a ride to work upon drop off, but without much urgency or clarity to timing. I waited over half an hour for the driver. If I'd known of the delay, I would have taken an Uber. Second, the dealership emailed me mid afternoon that there was an urgent recall for my Mach e and that I should call them. I have an appointment on Monday, 27 October, at 10 am for three recalls, and I have some noise coming from the bottom of the driver's side. And also change my four tires, and Mr. Frank said yes but he has to three recalls, and I have some noise coming from the bottom of the driver's side. And also change my four tires, and Mr. Frank said yes but he has to order the tires and check back around 5 pm . However, I contacted him late in the evening, and he said they are working on the tires and haven't found the noise issue yet. But we will call you as soon as your car is ready. Later that evening I call the dealer they referred to Mr frank he said come tomorrow and I said this is business car please I need go to work tomorrow whenever ready call me Next day around 10 in the morning I call again and Mr frank said they are working on tires we will late you know as soon your car is ready and waited until 1 pm no call back so I want to the dealer around 1:45 pm my car was still parked outside when I came but Mr frank was at lunch I waited until 4:37 pm when he came back is my car done he said yes and call the quick line and but they no we are not done the tires yet so I decided to go home don't want wait anymore and I contact the manager of the service department Mr Chris he was very professional and explain everything to him that all More
