The salesmen were nice but....the finance guy, Will slapped on a $3000. warranty we declined. We signed up for the 500.00 gap insurance and that was all. Very crooked very dishonest. My husband had trouble reading the print out, so we did not catch it until we got home. We are told we would be receiving a refund by our payments are much higher than what we were quoted. Would never have my Toyota fixed at a dealership. They often do not use Toyota parts like a local mechanic would. Toyota used cheaper car parts, charged ne 2 and a half times what my mechanic would have. And made we wait 5 days for the cheaper parts to come in. Just be aware. Toyota is dishonest, and you have to be very careful. More
