What Others Say

They sell car's that they claim have been through their inspection process but have not, this was clarified by my sales agent. Carfax showed car had gone through inspection but had not. BEWARE ON BUYING USED CARS FROM HIGHCOUTRY TOYOTA.

The dealer is very friendly understanding. This is my fourth car to have bought from High Country. Anne Claire and Jesse are great

I drive 1 hour to buy my cars there! Customer service has always been outstanding! Haley was my to go person and she made sure to put me in a car that I wanted not just something to make their quota! They work with you and the banks to make sure you get the deal done! You have a customer for life!

If you’re not getting maintenance done here or asking for permission your warranty won’t be affective. I’m disappointed in High Country Toyota. I’m disappointed in their sales team . It’s a lot of paperwork that has to be signed and they need to be more specific on where and who does maintenance on the vehicle. I keep my oil changed on a regular basis. But my coverage isn’t valid unless I get permission on the service being done on my Jeep. Now the transmission is going out and I’m not covered by the warranty. I purchased the Jeep in Scottsboro living in Tennessee. I’ve moved to Ms. I spent too much money keep my maintenance up and they will not accept that I’ve done it through there specifications. Highly disappointed. So if you’re purchasing a vehicle here please get all the information that you can before you purchase . Specifically on keeping your maintenance up if you move out of town or from out of state. Do better High Country!!!!

Service was absolutely terrible. I brought in a part to be changed with the oil change (oil cap assembly) and the charged me $80 labor. Literally, the part that you take off to swap filters. They treat you like an idiot and milk every dollar. They’ll lose more than $80 as I have multiple Toyotas and buy new vehicles fairly regularly.

This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Carrie Parker was professional and took my list of wants and found the perfect car! Carrie went above & beyond! I had shopped at other dealers who applied immense pressure and hounded me after leaving their lot (and continue to even after telling them to lose my number!). High Country Toyota was the most relaxing journey. No pressure at all. Carrie took my info, compared the features on the Camry and found one perfectly matched all while saving me multiple thousands of dollars compared to the other dealers. No mark ups just “make you the best deal” like one dealership. High Country also did not charge the buyer for Toyota included incentives (window tint, door edge guards, etc,) like dealer in Huntsville had added to their selling price (+$1,900!). If you enjoy the standard car buying pressure process, then by all means, go have that headache. If you want the best deal and a dealer and representative who will go that extra mile, go see Carrie Parker at High Country Toyota in Scottsboro, AL. Best. Choice. Ever.
