It is so hard to get through to someone in the service department when you call. When I finally made the appointment and took my car I was told that I will have to leave the car over night to fix the iss department when you call. Everyone was very pleasant but I was assigned a nice young guy who knew nearly nothing about the car or the process of selling a car. This resulted in countless trips to “ask my manager”. I think my rating would be higher if I had been assigned a more knowledgeable sales associate… but this is as accurate a rating I can give given the circumstances. Another glitch was when I asked to come back for a small mechanical question, I was told there were no openings in the service department for two weeks. That seems like an inordinate length of time to get a small issue dealt with. More
