Multiple phone calls to service dept to get an appointment over a week time period You get transferred to service, No one answers, you leave a message, No return call. No calls to let you know you appointment over a week time period You get transferred to service, No one answers, you leave a message, No return call. No calls to let you know your service has been completed. Car is dirty when you pick it up. Foot prints on mats, etc. Oil change reminder not reset on the car although I do appreciate the window sticker. This has happened at every oil change. I don't plan on getting service here now that my free jeep wave services are finished. More
Very poor communication and customer service. After waiting a week and a half to get my vehicle in they gave me a date to drop my vehicle off and I did not hear back from them for two weeks, and After waiting a week and a half to get my vehicle in they gave me a date to drop my vehicle off and I did not hear back from them for two weeks, and also leaving at least three massages to try to find out what was going on with my vehicle and the service manager did not return my calls. They kept my vehicle for a month and after changing $150 per hour for labor I would expect some excellent customer service. More
