I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench layin repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!! More
