Not extremely happy Felt pressured to take the vehicle home that day. I was quoted a price on the vehicle and it was not explained that the quoted price was AFTER rebates Felt pressured to take the vehicle home that day. The finance officer was rude and uncaring and did not answer questions to my satisfaction. Protective plastic covers/stickers were still on the vehicle at delivery. I should have financed the vehicle through my bank as planned but financed through the dealership against my better judgment. Live and learn. More

A wonderful first time new car buying experience. I was in desperate need of a new car. I had some money for a down payment but i really wanted to wait until after the holidays and after I got my in I was in desperate need of a new car. I had some money for a down payment but i really wanted to wait until after the holidays and after I got my income taxes back. I had been looking online at mid sized sedan and compairing i really liked the Hyundai Sonata. So I came to herrnestein looking at cars to see in person if its what i was really aiming for. My salesperson Mark McCown was very friendly and very in tuned with my needs and budget. I was very impressed with his willingness to try to get me into the car I wanted for the price I could afford. The sales team was very helpful in working with me to try to come to an agreement on a new car. I wasn't looking to buy a car that day ,but they made me an offer i couldn't refuse and Im very grateful for what they could do to help get me into a beautiful new car that I love.
