Salesman did not have our new car ready for pick up despite having three days advance notice of our appointment. The car still had not had the PDI. Then when we were completing paperwork on the purchase, he presented us with an purchase agreement that had a price that was about $2000 more than what we originally agreed upon. That was corrected but should not have happened. The salesman did not have a record of the $500 security deposit that we had put down on the vehicle. On top of that the salesman told us that we would be getting a survey, and that his monthly bonus depended on a good rating. Therefore, could we please give him a good rating. This was very unprofessional. We expected our pick up of a new vehicle would be a very pleasant experience. It was not. More
