Faith was very friendly. She listen to what my wife and I wanted. We did our home work prior to visiting. She recognized that and tried everything to ensure she Earned our business. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone...not even my worst enemy. When purchasing my used Chrysler Town and Country, I was told that the tires would be checked because the light was on indicating th my worst enemy. When purchasing my used Chrysler Town and Country, I was told that the tires would be checked because the light was on indicating that the pressure was not correct. Like an idiot, I trusted that they were check and not until I got several miles down the road did I realize that the tire pressure light was still on. Instead of turning around, I kept going thinking that I could inflate the tires myself. When I went to inflate the tires part of the pressure valve came off because it was corroded. I took the van back to the dealership because it is also still under the original factory warranty, thinking that they would fix it because not only was it under warranty, but it was also the right thing to do. Well, let's just say that they refused to fix it (now this is only about an 80.00 fix) and then told me that they would fix it for around 120.00. I would NEVER let them touch the vehicle again and instead took it to our local Chrysler dealer and they are, surprise, fixing it under the warranty...huh? Talk about terrible customer service. Also, I was looking at this vehicle online under the "special" online pricing...and just trusted that the special online pricing was what I was paying. I got home and looked over all the papers and guess what...I didn't get the special online pricing...I paid the marked price on the van. Needless to say, not so happy and will NEVER return to this dealership again and will also advise everyone I meet to never purchase a car from this very shady dealership! More
