Awesome staff! After totaling my car in an accident in January I regretted having to car shop. My daughter found an Infiniti G37 on the Herrin Gear web site. I sent a message over the internet and told them I was interested in the car. Dana text me the next day and we did everything over the phone. I told them my offer and they accepted it and then delivered the car to Meridian, MS for me. One of the easiest purchases I have ever made. I love my new car! More

Poor communication I recently brought my M35 in for service. The cruise control was not working. While at lunch, Quency called to tell me the part alone was going to be I recently brought my M35 in for service. The cruise control was not working. While at lunch, Quency called to tell me the part alone was going to be about $1800+. I declined the service and bought a CPO vehicle instead. A few days later, after consideration of my options, I decided to proceed with the repairs and dropped the M35 off for service when I picked up the CPO vehicle. A couple of days later, Quency called to inform me that the cost of the part would be over $4000. I expressed my surprise and displeasure with this change in the estimate. Quency said he was going to discuss this with "management" and get back to me. This was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard from him. I am very disappointed in Herrin-Gear's handling of this matter. More
