Made an appointment for service and a loaner. Radio antenna was broken and the windshield washer motor was broken. Made an appointment with Randy. Brought my 2002 QX4 in for service. After I sold my Lexus It's always a pleasure dealing with Herrin Gear's service department. I previously owned a Lexus and was spoiled by the service. After I sold my Lexus I had another car that isn't sold by Herrin Gear. I now own my Infiniti and I am so happy to be back with Herrin Gear's service department. It's a well run department with competitive pricing and great people. More
Dropped in without appointment The visor on my Infinity broke, making it very difficult to see properly while driving. I called the service department to see if/when they could fix The visor on my Infinity broke, making it very difficult to see properly while driving. I called the service department to see if/when they could fix it. They said they would make time for me that very day! I drove in 15 minutes later and was back on the road with a new visor within about an hour. No appointment but still given great service! Quency Coleman took very good care of me. I appreciate the fast, professional service! The receptionist was also very friendly. Not a bad place to wait at all! More

After the radiator and thermostat were replaced, I begin to have an issue with my car. First, I called the initial service person and explained to her what was happening to my vehicle and she said it wasn't anything they did wrong and didn't ask me to bring back so they could check it out. However, I got with Phillip, service manager and a certified technician hopefully, they got the problem resolved. More
