Last Friday my girlfriend and I decided to do some car shopping. My parents told us to try out Courtesy Ford, they had recently purchased a Fusion and got a good trade in offer for their truck. We were greeted by Laura McKelvey after a few minutes looking around, she gave us her card and told us to take a look around and if we were interested in anything just come inside and ask. She was not pushy at all and left us alone. We came across a Taurus and she let us take a test drive with our dog yes our dog. We decided we liked the car and from there we were able to come up with a really good price. Everyone that worked in the dealership seemed friendly and worked with each other very well. After buying cars from other dealerships this was by far the best one I have come across, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from GATES GMC, I will be going back to Courtesy Ford. my wife and I stopped at courtesy ford just to window shop. after being there for a few minutes we were greeted by a salesman. he intoduced himself as tony he asked if we had any questions. we asked abo shop. after being there for a few minutes we were greeted by a salesman. he intoduced himself as tony he asked if we had any questions. we asked about a 2013 ford taurus and within minutes he was able to give us a price.we told him we live local and would return so that we would be able to get a trade in value on our car. upon returning we. put a deposit on the 2013 taurus after a little give and take. my wife and I were very pleased with the salesman (tony)and the sales manager(chris).we would certainly recommend courtesy ford to anyone looking to buy a car new or used. sincerely joe and jan cacciapuoti More

I had a great experience dealing with Raphael on the phone. He was able to give me a " out the door " price, which many other dealers would not. After I speaking with Raphael I was turned over to Tony M phone. He was able to give me a " out the door " price, which many other dealers would not. He was very professional, friendly, attentive, and precise. Also the finance manager was the best I have ever dealt with, absolutely ZERO pressure to purchase unwanted warranties, gap insurance, and everything else. In the end the finance dept made a mistake on my paperwork, Tony called me to let me know, he met me at a local dunkin donuts near my home to save me the trouble of driving back out there. We loved that the salesman (Tony) did NOT pounce on us as soon as our feet touched the lot. We were able to decide where we wanted to start before someone was grilling us and it was great!
