Went into the dealership just to look and see what our options were. The motor on our current car had just went and our truck wasn't running the best. We got there 1.5 hours before closing. I went this past saturday to have the oil changed in my F150 pickup that we purchased from Courtesy in Jan 2013 and my husband drove away in a Ford Mustang. My husband was out looking at cars and took the mustang for a test drive, which when he came back I had to go with him again. And the next thing you know when we left we left with a another car. It was the easiest experience I have ever had, the experience in Jan was good but this one was excellent, we knew we would be doing busy again with them, we had sent my stepdaughter to Courtesy for her first car buying experience seeing she is only 19, they were great with her explain everything to her. I have been a long time customer of this dealership, even before it was run by the current management team. Have bought several cars here in the past I started my search for a new vehicle here, and ended it before it was run by the current management team. Have bought several cars here in the past I started my search for a new vehicle here, and ended it here several hours later. The experience was from top to bottom an exceptional one. Low pressure, easy going, and always friendly without the constant feeling that they were rushing you to do anything. As a result, I purchased and drove away the same day. My salesman Tony was amazing, very personable yet professional at the same time, and I felt as though I was buying a car from an old friend, not a guy I met 15 minutes before. One of the things I've always judged a dealership on was the "swoop time," or how long it took a sales consultant to approach you once you get on the lot. With Tony it was about 10 minutes, which is perfect. He wasn't immediately suffocating, but I didn't have to go looking for someone either, which is a nice touch. I dislike "greasy" salesmen, which there used to be a few of at this dealership under previous owners, and all of them seemed to have moved on to other opportunities much to the benefit of the dealership. Not only was my salesman exceptional, the sales manager and finance department (Lou Carvalho and Christopher Mioducki) where exceptional as well. Both worked tirelessly to secure the best deal and financing package possible, and it was quite a fight! They didn't attempt to up-sell me with things I didn't need at the closing table like I have had others do previously, and they discussed all options with me in depth while allowing me to make my own decisions. Overall, they took exceptional care of me, and as a repeat customer I can say that even though this isn't my first experience with this dealership, it was certainly my best. If you've had a bed experience with Collins Ford in the past as so many have, give the guys at Courtesy a shot, and I promise you wont be disappointed. More
