Katie was great helping us purchase our “new” used vehicle. We were in a time crunch, so she was expedient but efficient in getting our trade in valued, paperwork done, and out of there fairly quickly vehicle. Mr. Brian Park was very professional, honest, and courteous. We waited 3 months for our car. He kept us up to date regularly so we never had to follow up on the status of the car. I called to ask if they specifically had a Toyota Sienna Platinum on the lot for me to see. The salesperson said "yes we do" and encouraged me to come right out - well I drove out to Heritage Toyota only t Platinum on the lot for me to see.
