We appreciate your patience as our Customer Relations Manager, Alex Sanderson, works with you to resolve the matter. As discussed, we have verified through Toyota that your vehicle did not come equipped with remote start and does not offer a factory remote start accessory for your VIN. We offered you a trade for another vehicle with a remote start but you have opted to go with the aftermarket system instead. Our Service Department is working on getting an aftermarket remote start installed and we were glad to provide you with a loaner vehicle during the installation.
