Stay away from John! I can no longer recommend this dealership after buying a car from them last year. James and Derrick did a great job helping us. As soon as John was i I can no longer recommend this dealership after buying a car from them last year. James and Derrick did a great job helping us. As soon as John was involved it was all games and lies. He really thought he could trick us into buying a more expensive car or tell me that another dealership that I was speaking to had no cars or was a stripped down version of what we were looking at. I did my research and I even called the other dealership while at Heritage and they had the car we wanted. John did not want to help a repeat customer. We bought from another place and are very happy. Please don’t let John take advantage of you. Save some money and go elsewhere. More

I had a terrible experience with the finance team, specifically Shane Lee. It felt like a total scam operation designed to push worthless warranties and unnecessary services. They aren't looking out for the customer; they are looking to pad their own pockets. Most concerningly, they tried to push the worst possible loan terms just to increase their own commissions. Do not trust this dealership with your money—do your homework and get your own financing elsewhere. More
