Brought my BRZ for regular maintenance (first time service at this dealership). Ashlyn, the service advisor, was courteous and professional. Once she took over and started handling my vehicle, I was able to get the answers I needed; as well as the repairs done in a timely fashion. Instead of things taking months as they did with my first experience, it took just around a couple weeks and now a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders. Ms. Walters changed the sour taste that the dealership had left in my mouth and I really hope she is appreciated for her dedication and work ethic. She deserves praise More
