THIS WAS THE EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I HAVE THE WORST CREDIT .I HAVE NEVER WENT TO A CAR LOT A WALKED AWAY WITH NO MONEY DOWN. my experience was awful. the customer service is bad, if you have a problem no one is helpful or cares. the sales person i worked with avoided me and my husband. they sold us a car that started acting up on you have a problem no one is helpful or cares. the sales person i worked with avoided me and my husband. they sold us a car that started acting up on us so we took it back and asked if we could get something else. when the car starting jumping we took it to the dealership to get it fixed. i took it back there three times. they must have just did a temporary fix because now its back doing the same thing. they wont allow you to get the owners number or the name. the sales associates hang up on you and treat you like you mean nothing. i spent $20,000 on a cadallic cts v and i cant get any help to my problems with the car and customer service. i suggest to evryone do not BUY at HERITAGE MOTOR COMPANY ON 5151 Shore Dr Virginia Beach, VA 23455. you will not be appreciated if you buy here. they will be nice once you buy the car then after that you will be avoided if anything goes wrong. on top of all that i recently got a ticket for window tint on the car which i have to go to court for now. we brought the car like that at the dealership. i called the dealership and asked for them to take the tint off, they said they would, so when the lady chrystal i think is her name came back on the phone i asked is it a professional taking my window tint off, she told me that they could no longer take the tint off because nthey dont have a professional. i couldnt believe it so i take it they were just going to have some guy take the tint off however possibly damaging my windows. they are so rude unprofessional and the owner is never to be found. if your military theybwill take advantage of you. they do no care how they trat their customers as well as their prices for the cars are too high. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY at HERITAGE MOTOR COMPANY ON 5151 Shore Dr Virginia Beach, VA 23455. i have never wrote ABOUT a company or been so dissapointed but i am going to warm everyone not to buy because i dont want anyone to go through what i went through and am still going through. good luck with your car search i know the nezt time to go to a actual dealership like toyota or something i suggest you all do the same. just so you know im telling the truth about the owner and customer service call and ask for the owners name, whoever answers is going to ask you why you asked for the owners name, then say im filling a complain, and they will just hang up on you or have a bad attitude. We purchased our vehicle from this place in July of 2012. Less than one month after purchase the check engine light came on and we noticed the when the vehicle turns right it makes a noise. We noted this to the person whom did our loan, etc. Recently we went to trade the car in because we are expecting a baby and needed four doors. We did not receive a carfax upon purchase of this vehicle and come to find out it had been in two prior accidents in which the airbags deployed! Had we known this we would've walked away. We are now trying to return the vehicle because we feel we were sold an unsafe vehicle from this dealership. We're paying 21% interest and are about $3000 deep into payments. We are pursuing action through the DMV and our insurance company. More
All i can say is terrible customer service. I have had numerous problems with my car, paperwork, and anything associated with Heritage Motor Company. They are really quick to get you into a car but you'll numerous problems with my car, paperwork, and anything associated with Heritage Motor Company. They are really quick to get you into a car but you'll get a lot of resistance when they say they'll "FIX" your car. the most they'll do is temporarily "fix" your car until it is past the 30 day warranty. after that, good luck. they've taped my car up with double sided tape and zip ties. and dont buy a car if you arent local because all "repair" work will have to be done on site no matter what lie they tell you. Then he said we would have to go to DMV to get the paperwork done and it took them more than 2 weeks to get me the title, and when I finally got it and got a day off from work to go they screwed up the paperwork!! So I was not able to get the vehicle re titled to me DMV said that Heritage would need to re sign the paperwork in the correct place and I now have to take another a day to go back to DMV and the best part is that Heritage would not do anything to help with extending my 30 day tags even though they screwed up the paperwork!! So if the owner agrees to a purchase price less than he is asking he just screws up your paperwork and causes you a lot of unnecessary problems all because he agrees to take less money than he was asking!! More
