The quality of the work was impeccable, both the Director and the Manager of Servicing were engaged with me about the needs of my car. The Leadership has always , even if just behind the scenes been engaged and caring.They are always monitoring the work of the techs which is taking place behind the scenes. This is an A plus Car Care Shop. I have always received the best service at Heritage Honda. All the staff inlcuding the Directors, Managers are there to readily assure service excellence. I"m a Registered Nurse for over 30 yrs, there so much that we worry about with the pandemic. Heritage gives me peace of mind and one less thing I have to worry about! Heritage Honda has never let me down! They care for me and my vehicle as if I were a family member. I know that the GM Mr Geller, promotes service excellence and exceptional customer service.
