I did receive Steve's call and responded within 1/2 hour. Perhaps he went home for the day. I'm hoping he'll return my call today

Steve Berman has been very helpful in checking on my problem and I received a call today that, after speaking with Honda engineers and Honda administrative, he is requesting a new transmission for my vehicle. I've been very pleased with Steve for his professional and friendly manner. I will update this review after my transmission is installed.

Heritage Honda Parkville Feb 22, 2022 Roberta601 We brought our SUV Honda passport for service with Dora and had excellent service. Gary who is our sales representative could not have been better, he has sold us many cars and I would deal with him any day and would recommend him to anybody.
