(Some of the other people I met with had only driven the Leaf a few times and couldn't explain various functions of the car with great confidence and fluidity, which Sven did.) He followed up without making me feel pressured and addressed my questions very thoroughly. When I didn't know which trim level to pick, Sven came up with creative solutions that would allow me to get the lower trim level and experience similar functionalities as the pricier model. More
