They have accommodated us in every way. We've never had to wait for an appointment and when our agreed pick-up date was not possible they have provided loaner vehicles free of charge. The salesman Marque has always given us the right price the first time. I Dont feel that I have to second guess his quotes and this saves me time. They provide what they agree to always. In the auto business things happen its the nature of the business but even when things haven't gone the way they were planned the staff at HC Auburn has made the necessary adjustments to service us. The support staff to the the service dept is always welcoming and friendly and have knowledge beyond simply taking appointments. They take their time to explain situations and lay out options that are available. They dont push you to chose the most expensive repair but rather take their time to explain what each option will do. I feel as if I'm getting more than what I pay for each time we bring a vehicle there. I dont worry that the job wont be done correctly. I have the confidence that when I drop it off for a specific issue that issue will be corrected and I dont get the usual dealer "while we were under there we found all these other problems". The Service advisors know what they are talking about, the techs do their jobs right the first time, and the salesmen are honest and provide quality. More
