Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn

After extensive online researh and visiting most of the major Toyota, Ford and Dodge dealers in MA, I returned to Herb Chambers. From the unpleasant experiences at those other dealerships I was prepared fo major Toyota, Ford and Dodge dealers in MA, I returned to Herb Chambers. From the unpleasant experiences at those other dealerships I was prepared for more of the same but then I met a truly professional salesperson in Wayne Brodsky. Orginally I was interested in a pickup possibly used for a tow vehicle. Wayne patiently let me ask a zillion questions and answered each with honesty backed with facts. He did not try to influence my decision but listened and responded with knowledge. If he didn't have the expertise to answer, he got back to me immediately after speaking to someone on staff who did. Amid the Business Manager worked with Wayne and I to reach a price to match my budget. The best way to sum up the experience at Herb Chambers is to say that we were so impressed that we braved the snowstorm the next day and bought not just the Tundra but also leased a new Corolla. We chose to give a positive rating to this dealership because we feel this company does things right and it has been our experience that that is a very rare thing in this industry. More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The salesperson Joe Blake was terrific. He was informative, helpful, not the typical "car salesman". I did not feel pressured. My wife totalled her 2010 Corolla, and we just left the dealership with our 2010 Camry. I shopped other dealers for price, and came back to Herb Chambers who again had the best price.
