Edgar was a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I was interested in buying a Sequoia but he pointed me in a better direction. His Customer Service was above average, I left the Dealer feeling that he gave me good advice and that he helped me as much as he can. From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors, we were welcomed by one of the salesmen who had a giant smile on his face. His name was Henry Blake but he goes by the nickname of Joe. First thing he did was offer us coffee which we both declined and then a little later in the evening he offered us coffee again. He was so warm and friendly! My husband and I told him that we were having car problems with our Hundai and had put some money into it but definitely did not want to put any more money into it. So we had reluctantly decided that we either had to buy another car or have the Hundai fixed again. We told Joe that we definitely wanted to buy a used car, not a new one because the car was for my husband who is retired. I had previously bought a new Toyota Corolla five years ago at this dealership, which I love! Joe told us he had a beauty of a car for us and that we would love it. I told Joe that I definitely wanted to keep the price reasonable because I couldn't afford a high monthly car payment and he said that he totally understood that and he would do everything possible that he could to get us the car we loved at the price we were happy with. Well, two hours later we drove off the lot in our 2005 Blue Toyota Matrix that we both loved. The price was affordable for us and the car was immaculate on the inside and outside. Plus, the bonus was the low mileage. It was a real pleasure doing business with Joe Blake at Toyota of Auburn and I will highly recommend Joe to everyone. His warm, friendly and honest approach with customers is a real asset to the company. More
I went in looking for a new Corrolla. Overall, it was a great and easy experience. I was able to test drive the model I wanted and the sales process was no hassle. I bought a 2010 Corrolla. I was very skeptical about going to a dealership alone, especially being a female. I was under the assumption they would see me as an easy sale. I was in complete SHOCK when i told the salesman i wouldn't be purchasing today, that i only wanted to look and i would return with my boyfriend, the reaction i anticipated was he wouldn't take no for an answer and i would be pressured or persuaded. much to my surprise it was the complete opposite, he introduced him self as Joe Blake and told me where i could find him should i have any questions and handed my his card. I went back a few days later with my boyfriend and Joe had remembered me and came right over, needless to say i bought a car and was so impressed with all the associates i dealt with. The salesman even called two days later to ask how the car was and see it i was happy with it. GREAT friendly salesman and exceptional customer service. More
MY SALESMAN JIM LESLIE WAS FRIENDLY,HONEST AND NOT AGGRESIVE,HE WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE DONE FOR ME.THEY LOCATED A 2010 TUN AGGRESIVE,HE WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE DONE FOR ME.THEY LOCATED A 2010 TUNDRA THAT WAS THE COLOR I WANTED AND WENT TO NEW YORK TO GET IT.THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF IT THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A SCRATCH ON THE ROOF.ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP WOULD OF NOT CALLED ME AND LET ME FIND IT ON MY OWN AND THEN BLAME THE SCRATCH ON ME.THIS DEALERSHIP WAS VERY HONEST AND HAD THE BODY SHOP FIX THE SCRATCH BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE.THE ROOF IS OVER MY HEAD AND I NEVER NOTICED THE SCRATCH WHEN I TEST DROVE IT.THEY FIXED NO QUESTIONS ASKED,NO THAT'S ALOT BETTER THEN ME FINDING IT MONTHS LATER,THINKING IN DID IT.FOR MY TROUBLES THEY INSTALLED NEW SIDE STEPS FOR FREE.I LEFT THERE VERY HAPPY.I WOULD RECOMEND ANYONE TO DRIVE TO AUBURN,TO BUY A VEHICLE AT HERB CHAMBERS TOYOTA. As soon as I was done researching online and picked Herb Chambers, I recieved a phone call within 2 hours. I met with Joe and he hooked me up with exactly what i was asking for and Shawn hooked me up with a Chambers, I recieved a phone call within 2 hours. I met with Joe and he hooked me up with exactly what i was asking for and Shawn hooked me up with a great bank and approved me with less money down than originally thought. Thanks to my sales team I drove off in my new car in just 2 days! I feel by doing my research online I choose the right dealership. I just bought a 2008 Loaded Camry and it needed an inspection, after my salesman Joe Blake called me to tell me the registration was all set, I came in and awaited my inspection sticker- it failed bec inspection, after my salesman Joe Blake called me to tell me the registration was all set, I came in and awaited my inspection sticker- it failed because of my plate (it had white spray paint on it) I was so upset that I came home called my husband. He came home cleaned off my plate, called the service department to tell them I was not going to the registry to get new plates, my called ended up with Jeff Frasner the service director and he was upset that my relationship with the department got off to a rocky start. he asked me to come down and see him personally. He examined the plate and said there is no reason it wouldn't pass after we cleaned it off. He had me in his office and apologized then gave me a voucher for a free oil change. Never have I had such great service with a car dealership. Tiffany Schimmelmann was so kind and very helpful as well! My car is now totally ready to hit the road!!! Thank you very much! More

Even though I'm an early bird, this car makes it a great motivator to go to work every morning. It was a great pleasure working with Mr. Bryan Lavigne. He was very cordial and friendly and made our family felt at home. Mr. Lavigne provided us with many details about the car and answered our questions to our satisfaction. He also helped us get all the features that we wanted such as the car color, mud guards, and price. Mr. Lavigne was very kind and patient and his customer service was superb, therefore I would recommend him as your salesman. I had a great experience with my Corolla from the past; I never had a problem with it for 13 years! Therefore, I decided to come back to Herb Chambers for the Camry since my family size expanded.
