I have gone to this Herb Chambers in Auburn because the service maintenance I have received over the years has been excellent from this dealership. This Herb Chambers follows up and either give you a call or survey to ask if you received a good experience. I also, liked the fact that they gave you a free rental if your car needed to be serviced for a long time so that you would not have to wait around for your car to be finished. I am a loyal customer to the Toyota Corolla. Regardless of the recent issues with the Toyotas I still believe in the reputation over the years that this is a good, reliable, gas efficient car. His understanding and knowledge of used, new and leased cars guided us in our final decision to enter into a leased car agreement. A leased car was not even a consideration for us at this time; however, once a leased car entered into the mix, Mr. Dalton explained to us in terms we easily understood why perhaps this would be an excellent option. He related to us his positive experience of leasing a vehicle himself - one that he did purchase at the end of the lease. In addition, he explained the laws governing car lease agreements within the State of Massachusetts. After much thought and consideration, we decided to lease a new Toyota RAV4 instead of purchasing a used vehicle. Everything about the lease made sense for us at this time in our lives. We therefore, picked out the vehicle and advised Tim we would come back the next day to sign the lease documents.
