We purchased 3 new Toyotas from Tim Dalton in July, and have been doing business with Mr. Dalton for at least the past 10 years. He makes it very convenient to buy cars from him by going out of his way to "swing by our house" and deliver, pick up or drop off anything from paperwork, plates, registrations to cars and he is always on time. He also spends as much time familiarizing us with the new vehicle as we need. I recently bought a Prius Plug-In and he took the extra time I needed to explain the daunting functions and workings of the numerous buttons on the dashboard until I really understood. Our extended family trusts Tim to always give us the best deal. His honesty, integrity and knowledge put him way above other dealers and we always recommend him to friends and family. More

Herb chambers is lucky to have him as well as Timothy Dalton,Alyssa Baril,and Martin Dodd as well. The staff at Herb chambers is always polite and make it a point to answer questions and accomodate busy schedules. We went to this dealership in search of a car for our granddaughter (despite the fact that we did not have a good experience there last year). This time we were fortunate enough to meet Tomi, who would not give up on us. We were particular about what we wanted for her, and Tomi certainly knows the inventory at this dealership. After looking at two or three cars, which were okay but not exactly what we wanted, he found the perfect car for our granddaughter. A day or two later she came up to Auburn from Cape Cod to try out the two we had decided she would like, and she picked the one that Tomi and we thought was the perfect car for her. She travels to school in North Carolina and needs a dependable car. This 2005 Honda CRV is in excellent condition, and she likes it very much. She was also searching for a car on the Cape, but didn't find anything that she really liked---until she saw this and test drove it. Thanks to Tomi and his friendliness, as well as his knowledge of the cars at this dealership, she has a dependable car and it's nice looking as well. We will go back to Tomi again when we are in the market for a car for ourselves. More

I live a few blocks away from Harr Toyota, and drive by them several times a day (smiling) with my Herb Chambers license plate cover. I will definitely buy my next car from Herb Chambers. Wayne was excellent, friendly and Herb Chambers treated me fairly, professionally, and honestly. I've visited other car dealers and didn't always get the same treatment. I was hoping to purchase a new or used vehicle to replace my 2008 Toyota Highlander. I loved my car, but thought for my payment I could get something a little newer. My husband had purchased a vehicle from John Bellofatto in March and suggested we go see him. John was pleasant, knowledgeable and did not pressure me. He was very helpful and very happy to have me test drive a new Highlander - along with my husband and two small children. After the test drive I saw a different color vehicle that I was interested in. Despite the heat, John was more that happy to discuss that vehicle with me and the differences between the two. Once I knew what vehicle I wanted we went inside to run the numbers with the finance man. During this lengthy time John made sure my family had water to drink and were comfortable while we waited. He even suggested my husband take my daughters to a store when the wait got to be too long. John's professionalism continued the day I went to go pick up my vehicle. He made sure I knew all the features of my new vehicle and made sure I was happy and had no questions before I pulled away. My mother had also purchased a vehicle from Herb Chambers a few days earlier. She did not speak with her salesman since the day of purchase a week earlier. John was more than happy to make sure that my mother's vehicle was ready for pick-up and took the time to review the vehicle with her even though it was not his sale - again a testament to John's professionalism. My experience started with a phone call, regarding inventory (was shopping for trim package/color). Arrived to the dealership and was introduced to Jimmy. Before even talking about a vehicle, Jimmy offered us something to drink. Since I had called ahead, Jimmy had the vehicle already ready for a test drive. This was so helpful, since we had our 6 year old with us, and anyone that knows kids, shopping for a car is the last thing they want to do. Before we drove away, every feature was explained to us very clearly. After the test drive, Jimmy made it a point to stop and check-in with my wife and son, make sure they didn't need anything (also mentioned the free ice cream available). It wasn't until I got home, where my wife told me this. My point is, he took the time to make sure my family was all set. While that little touch is something so simple, it is something that you don't experience everyday. More

Tonny Bonilla was articulate, intelligent, technically proficient and made our car buying experience enjoyable. It's nice to go somewhere that the person selling you a product actually knows about the product he is selling you. If we had a question, Tonny had the answer. The thing that stands out is that the car we picked out, had a scuff mark on the fender that wasn't noticed until the car was being cleaned up so we could drive it home. Tonny pointed it out and arranged to have it repaired and provided us with a loaner until our car was ready to go. We never would have noticed this scuff mark until we were home and by then we would have thought we had caused the damage somehow. Thank you for your honesty. This is our third new car from Herb Chambers in Auburn and won't be the last. Thank you all for the fine work you did. We couldn't be happier. More
