Efficient I scheduled an oil change the day before and was able to drop off and pick up my can the next day. Each visit only took a few minutes. I was also informed of a couple factory service alerts, one of which was completed and the other, for which a part was ordered will be performed the next time I come in for service. No need for a special trip which is excellent. More

Excellent as always. I’ve been coming to Kia Burlington for over a year now and have worked with Diego, Jen and Cesar for the entire time. Each time I come, I am greeted b I’ve been coming to Kia Burlington for over a year now and have worked with Diego, Jen and Cesar for the entire time. Each time I come, I am greeted by name and welcomed so warmly, which means a lot to me! They have always gone to great lengths to make sure my car leaves the premises better than it came in, and that is for every single visit. I’ve never had a problem at this dealership and will keep going! Blessed to see these guys and gal a few times a year! More
