I was led to believe that I could have my car detailed I was led to believe that I could have my car detailed when I had hard to remove stains or sap on the exterior. Now I was told by Jen at the service desk that I was misinformed and that is not the service I signed up for and will not be covered. I called simonize Daisy explained she would have this last service coverage. Jen in return spoke rudely to me and told me that my phone call to simonize was “irrelevant” and that she would be paying for my detailing and it would not be covered. I explained to Jen and another gentleman that I drive out of my way to continue my service at Burlington Kia because of that Simonize cleaning I was promised by "Bobbie" and I would not be returning for services in the future. The response I received was "ok". I am not sure what type of customer retention program they have, but it's not effective. I left feeling upset and lied to. More

I can not say enough good things about the service department at Herb Chambers Kia. Jen has been there since I got my first Kia with them and still impresses me with her ability to handle any situati department at Herb Chambers Kia. Diego is newer to the service department as the manager, but has also treated me well and I NEVER have had any reason to dislike or say anything bad about the level of service and attention to detail I get. It doesn't matter what I am there for they always are great and the team doing the service that I never get to see or deal with must be amazing too. Thank you as always and keep up the amazing work! Chad and Jen in the service department are amazing!!! My 2011 Kia Sorento has 28,000 miles on it and 1 1/2 years, so I am in often for regular oil changes and regular service. I have also been in for other repairs or problems and each and every time they are awesome. There is never a problem, I drop my car off with no problems, they call me to follow up or tell me when my car is ready and pick up is always easy and cashing out is easy! I have run into a few issues and they have taken care of them so fast that I don't even have time to get upset about it. My only complaint which is not their fault is the parking lot is BAD, their is hardly ever any parking and the lot is so small and odd to begin with. I can tell it is being worked on and has gotten a little better, but far from good still. Keep up the great customer service and I look forward to my next visit! (now who ever says that about going in for auto service?) More

I purchased my vehicle from another Kia dealer. What a subpar experience compared to Burlington's staff! I think it will be well worth the investment in the long run by becoming the one stop shop all Kia customers could go to! More
I had an extremely positive experience with this business today. My 2001 Toyota needed its 90,000 maintenance. They called me throughout the day to let me know exactly what needed to be done and then again when the car was ready. (On time, just as promised.) I am very happy with my choice. More

I have called this dealership to have a recall performed on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he assured me that I would be getting a call back. I figured, "yeah, sure.." as my past experiences with OTHER dealers were not very helpful. What do you know, I got a call back within a couple of hours from a very friendly voice belonging to Eric- He stated that he was the service manager and they were getting the service staff gathered and trained, as they were to be opening very soon. He assured me that he would contact me THE MINUTE they opened, so I can be the FIRST customer! He asked if this was an emergency, and if my vehicle was running properly (he really seemed to care!). If this is the caliber of service I can expect from just speaking with them on the telephone, I think I have found a new home for service for my family's 2 KIAs!! I also can't wait to see the new dealership! Best of luck to Burlington KIA! Keep this up, and I'll be a regular customer!! More
