Very good, quick service Came in for oil change and CPU update, was about 15 minutes early for appt.,, car went in almost as soon as I finished with Diego and came back out Came in for oil change and CPU update, was about 15 minutes early for appt.,, car went in almost as soon as I finished with Diego and came back out washed maybe 40 minutes later (also got new wiper blades) as I was talking with Sales Mgr. Julian about my next probable lease. Then took a drive with Jim in a new Sorento to see a few better features than mine has. Will be back in a few months about another lease. More
Service was good but customer service and friendliness poor Went and got an oil change and tried explaining there was a slight issue with steering in car and it might have been attributed to when car was being Went and got an oil change and tried explaining there was a slight issue with steering in car and it might have been attributed to when car was being serviced for a recall in steering and asked them to take a look and the rep was not friendly at all and in fact seemed offended that I would even think that. Have dealt with the same rep every time I go in for an oil change and he never has a smile on his face and makes the customer seem like they are a burden to his day. Not friendly at all and will be taking business elsewhere specifically because of this rep. More
