Service, short and sweet I was on the Herb Chambers Web site and noticed I could check if I had any open recalls on my 2012 Kia Optima, and found there were two. I called to schedule the service and Jennifer was able to confirm the two recalls and booked an appointment. I dropped off the car and added a Complimentary Brake Inspection coupon I received via email. I was called back 2 hours later, recalls complete, brakes were still an 60%,. Picked up the car, used another coupon for $10 off a Cabin filter and on with my day. 8-) More

Never again. Bought a new Optima hybrid, one of the reasons was a 10yr 100,000 mile warranty. after 7 yrs. and 75,000 miles the engine seized up. (with no warning) No check engine light, No oil pressure light, nothing. Then they spent three weeks determining the problem that it needs a new engine and wont be covered under warranty. Got no calls from Cesar and only 1 from Diego, I had to call them at least a dozen times to get info on my vehicle. finally had it towed to a shop that would fix it. More
