I have been coming to Herb Chambers Kia for my car maintenance, etc. since 2019 and I must say that I have never had a bad experience. I have walked in at times without having an appointment due to co maintenance, etc. since 2019 and I must say that I have never had a bad experience. I have walked in at times without having an appointment due to concern about an issue I may be having with my car and they have always accommodated me; even at times when they were extremely busy. Everyone is very nice but I am specifically referring to Cesar. I don’t know how he does it! I have sat there waiting for my car watching people come in to have their car serviced, the phone is ringing, Technicians are coming out to talk about a customer’s problem , customers are walking up to him to ask questions - and he handles it all very pleasantly, very respectfully. My only beef with them is that it took a long time for my service (3 hrs instead of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change. Yet they are making up for their error by giving me a free synth service (3 hrs instead of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change. Yet they are making up for their error by giving me a free synthetic change when I come in for additional services next time. They are also good at arranging for free repairs based on my auto repair insurance that I bought from them 5 years ago. That insurance has never been a hassle. More
