Had a very bad experience a couple of month ago. Had a major issue with steering wheel. Took the dealership 2 weeks to "fix" the problem without providing a courtesy car. In 2 days I had exactly the same issue with a car. Took another 2 weeks to fix the problem without providing a courtesy car. Got other problems with engine definitely related to the fixing of the steering wheel. This dealership might be good to perform a simple tasks (oil change, tire rotation) but definitely not for more complex assignments. More

Terrible mechanic service: They replaced my left strut, and just two months later, I found the three nuts on top were not even tightened. Instead, they simply told me to drop off the car and wait for my turn like it was just any other routine service. This is gross negligence and shows a complete disregard for safety and customer care. Their incompetence and indifference are absolutely disgraceful. More
